How do I make accented letters appear correctly when I download tab-delimited reports?
The content of the tab-delimited reports is encoded as Unicode (UTF-8). Make sure that the application you are using to view the downloaded data is configured for that encoding. For example, in Microsoft Excel's Text Import Wizard, you should set the file origin to "65001: Unicode (UTF-8)" on the first screen.
