If I design my own collection, how will I know what I sold and when do I get paid?
Designing (and promoting!) your own collection is the best way to maximize your earnings. You will be able to see your sales by item in real time on your Merch by Amazon dashboard, which is a great way to test, learn, and react to what sells.
The Associates team will continue to pay your commissions as they normally do. There will be no change with commissions. Your Merch royalties will be paid monthly through our Merch portal. Get answers to payment questions

What are some best practices Merch recommends to be successful?
1. Upload new collections often: Customers love newness. Test and learn what works for your follower base and continue to supply them with new designs. Options are endless and there is no inventory risk!
2. Self promotion: You are your own brand ambassador. Post often and engage fans in your design process. The more you market yourself, the higher the sales, because you are the face of your brand.
3. Lean into the holidays, viral moments, and pop culture: Our items ship Prime and arrive within days. Merch tends to be the go-to source for those looking to outfit for upcoming events. Think about upcoming holiday looks, items trending, fun seasonal sayings, etc., to stay on the pulse of impulse-buying needs.
